Construction Notes:

This is a private commission of the Megaman helmet. I decided fiberglass would be the best way to make this helmet. Thin, light and sturdy. Above I showed a few pics of the process. Ear sockets are inlaid with red resin. Airbrushed shading. My new helmets are made over top of motorcycle helmets for perfect fit and comfort.
