Handle is cast resin. The sword segments are all carved foam, covered with fiberglass. The whip tube is 3/8" vinly tubing with a thick copper wire run down the center so it's 'posable' :). Finishing touch is a nice paintjob and a set of pretty green cast resin gems on the hilt. Extended, this sword is nearly 6 feet long.
