The collar itssellf is constructed of aluminum. A hidden steel band provides lots of flex, so it's a one-size-fots-most. The steel band and the aluminum are connected with rivets for maximum durability and the inner portion if padded with burnished craft foam for comfort. This model has a hand operated switch controling an LED bulb in the center of the collar. It can be hidden discreetly down the sleeve of your coat. Blinker activates with the touch of a button :)
